It does not happens everyday that a client can contact the CEO of a major company at 6h30 in the morning with a complaint, and have a response AND the issue resolved by 7h00.
This is the kind of service I received from OpenWeb's CEO Keoma Wright for the second time in a row. In a time where even acceptable service is hard to find, I give them my own personal service excellence award!
