As requested by MTN, I have supplied the affidavit and copy of identity document for the MTN account which was opened by someone else in my name (still not sure how MTN allowed this). However I am still bombarded with emails and sms's threatening legal action and reporting me to the credit bureau. Can someone please advise me if there is any regulating body I can report MTN to for this harrassment?
