Pathetic Service

Last week Tuesday I signed a new contract for a Samsung S4 mini and a 7 inch tablet. I was told it would take 3-5 working days to get the items. This in itself is excessive, as any competent organization will not take so long to process an order. It is now going onto the 7th working day and i have still not received the items. I am told they do not have stock. Once again, this is simply pathetic organizational performance.

When I complained and insisted on being given a contact e-mail, I was given the contact phone number of Gavin Goncalves (not sure what position he holds). I have twice tried phoning this person, only to have the phone going into voicemail and receiving a message that this subscriber cannot accept messages. yet again, i have wasted my time and money due to MTN's incompetence.

If I do not have the items by tomorrow, then I will insist on the contract being cancelled due to non-performance on MTN's part.
