My upgrade became due and Michelle handled it, I had to wait a week or so as I was upgrading to a laptop so me number changed to data. Whenever I phoned Michelle was always friendly and helpful and never got upset with me even when I called every day or so.
In that period that we were waiting for the sim to change to data I went on holiday to Cape Town and when I called her from Cape Town she always asked how was my holiday and gave me feedback on my upgrade.
She always has a smile and laugh when I go in there, I would deal with her anytime.
