DEBIT ORDER PLEASE!

Changed my banking details, had to pay the instalment by hand. After that they would contact me again to forward the documents nothing happened. After that they did contact me again asking if they did change my details. Told the lady that i did n't receive the forms yet. Its nearly wnd of the month again and i'm not prepared to go and stand in a que to pay my instalment. I did it one why must i do it agai.
