On the 7th of August 2013 I have reported a problem with the signal to 083-900-1212 in the Kempton Park area. The reference number I received was: 0056601. I have followed up weekly as to the status of the progress but all were only empty promises. I have already cancelled three other modem contracts because of inferior service. My hope is that my complaint will be addressed via this public forum because MTN business does not want to deliver any service.
