In mid August 2012 i reported (and kept doing so on a weekly basis) that my ADSL service was intermittent and that the line was dropping several times every day making work very difficult as my business relies on internet connectivity. This problem STILL persists over a year later, with Telkom constantly "clearing the fault" requiring me to re-report the fault as un-resolved on an ongoing basis. NOTHING gets done, the call centre operators say that "there is a problem with the exchange", but over a year later the problem gets worse and worse with the line dropping every 5 to 10 minutes every day .. i pay my bill every month in good faith yet Telkom does not honour their side of the agreement and my business productivity is suffering as a result. As a business customer i get shocking service from a company which doesn't care!!!
