I bought a 12-month airtime voucher which gives me 2Gigs per month for 12 months. Bought on 25/7/2013 and on 14/9/2013 nil balance. Went into the shop on Monday, 16/9/2013 to query. They updated my sim card, even though I was told on the day of purchase that this was done. Still nil balance. I entered the PIN number and tells me PIN does not exist. Now I have to go into the store for a 3RD time to get this sorted out. Simon Baloyi, the original sales person, had a shocking attitude, kept cutting me short when I asked him about 3 times if he was sure the data had been loaded for 12 months. I was considering changing my cell phone to Cell C but with this bad service, NOT A CHANCE!
