I have a contract sim that I have not used in months and there was a build up of over R800 airtime.
I decided to use this on internet. Continuously checking as the balance drops so I do not get overcharged.
This afternoon there is a sms on the phone saying that i have REACHED my credit limit of R950???
To my surprise I saw the amount of R2500 when I checked current spend???
How is this possible when I was checking the balance?
There was no sms to say that I have gone over the balance?
How can my current spend go over my credit limit?
I have always been a loyal subscriber but I can absolutely not afford to pay this amount despite the fact that I disagree with this.
I write here because I have tried the call centre various times, hanging on for 10 or so minutes and then having the call dropped.
Please kindly assist
