I had initially gone to the Brightwater store around the 22 of January 2013 when I was told that my installment was then R650, however I previously used to pay no more than around R550 .When I asked why I was told that I went over my limit and my balance on my account is higher than my credit limit. I couldnt understand this and neither could the manager of Bright water Idenitiy as after payment I would still have credit available to purchase. It is now 3 months that I am awaiting a call from the manager at head office account to explain what is goin on, I have made it my duty to still pay my full installment every month to ensure my credit rating is not affected. My last payment was made on the 22/03/2013, as per my slip my current credit limit is R6050.00 however my current balance is R6150.06 and still have R1412.00 available to purchase, how is this explained or is this the method your company uses to make money of your customers
