Two years ago I cancelled my Cell C contract due to continueous bad service as well as never receiving any of my upgrade phones as promised. There was always an excuse and in the end I never got them. I made sure everything was paid in full after I cancelled it as I never wanted to be bothered by them again and reminded of the bad experience I had with them. Today, out of the blue, I received a sms to threaten me that my outstanding account will be handed over if I don't make payment within 48 hours. What account? I have never before received a phone call, email or sms to advise me of this so called account. Now, I get threatened and to make it all worse, I have to phone them on MY account with MY money. The audacity!! I have never experienced a service provider that has offered such bad service and then still threaten me. Companies like Cell C that bullies their clients make me sick!
