Failure to cancell the account

My mother was contacted by Cell C for one of their promotions. A few months later she realized that she had been given an open account and not a top-up. She went back to them and cancelled the contract and paid the outstanding. This had happened now over a year ago. Now my mother is being threatened by a co called Pholoza credit solutions and they are treatning my mother as a and that she will be given over to the sherrrif where she will receive a summonsafter she has explained that she want at their N1 City branch to cancelled the consultant politely explained no one will do a cancellation of the contract at the branch as they are interstedd in the sales they have to make for the day. I think its pathetic that a subscriber such as Cell C does not worry about aftersales service, but will be quick and efficient when they want you on board. I think the public should be made aware of this, I owe it to my the public. No one of Cell C called her to tell her that her account was never cancelled, now they are saying that an amt of R335 is outstanding and its because she never cancelled her contract. Can you believe this???
