Dont say you will come back to me and you dont

Last Thursday the 23rd of May, yes last THURSDAY I went to Nashua Mobile Douglasdale as my phone services had been suspended. The Customer Help Desk gentleman was very nice to me and explained that there was an out of bundle charge or R500 odd billed to my account and that pushed me over my account limit and hence the suspension of service. BUT, I did not download 100MB of out of bundle data I explained. No worries he said, lets quickly up your limit so you can at least use your phone and then give us 72 hours to get back to you with why you were billed so much. Well 72 hours have long gone, tomorrow it is a whole week!! What i did do is to go onto the web where it indicated i could purchase out of bundle data for Cell C at 15cent per 1MB. So i opted for the 100MB which equates to 100 x 15cent = R15 not R500!! Who is going to come back to me to tell me what went wrong?
