I received a Samsung S4 phone about 2 months ago from CellC. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that Samsung has a 'ADH' benefi where they will fix screen damage or liquid damage to your phone. When I wanted to register I was informed that you have to register for this within 30 days of receiving the phone.
Why wasn't this activated in store and why wasnt I told about this amazing benefit? The salesperson only tried to sell me the inhouse insurance. Very poor service.
