First of I would like to compliment OpenWeb (especially the client service centre) for diverting a possible bad issue/situation to a positive.
In my case I contacted OpenWeb to do an upgrade on my account (since I had no problem with the service previously), but in this case they it seamed if they were dragging their feet and did not communicate with me the status of my request and I felt like being left in the dark. But the client team of OpenWeb came through in the manner that I remember from previous transactions, and they delivered, so my hat off to the client and support staff for their prompt response and resolving the situation.
It is rare to find a company that would take the time to focus on the "little man" and support them to the fullest.
Well Done to OpenWeb, my hopes are that they keep their level of service and not follow the trend in the markets.
