Biggest Mistake (Contract with Altech)

I took up a contract phone with Altech in Mid May this year for about R499 but I requested for an upgrade seeing that the airtime on a Smart S package was little for my requirements that was the Biggest Mistake because after that my bill tripled and when I asked I was told that I got penalised for changing the tariff's, didin't mind that but everything after just fell apart, I was now paying 3 times my contract and when I enquire I would be told that its charges from the previous month apart from me calling them every month to remind them to recharge my phone and if by any chance they manage recharge it, the amount is not the right amount. I write this with a feeling of deep regret and I would like to warn everyone that's considering buying a phone from this Altech I to know that this is the type of service you can expect I'm you can get better service provision that's Worth the money you paying not from companies that are wanting to extort money from its customers, as I'm writing this i can tell you that my phone was only recharged with a R161 airtime from a monthly R400 recharge airtime, when I called to ask nobody knew what was happening as always and promised to get back to me. F$%CK
