Billed after acc closed, not getting money back

My contract was cancelled on 04.04.2013, the last billing date was 28.05.2013, my last debit order was end June, which went of. Money was debited from my account end July and August. After numerous phone calls, NOBODY has come back to me or refunded me. This is .. I depend on every rand i work for monthly, this is not fair! It's a disgrace that i just keep hearing the same answer... 'i have to check with the supervisor who authorises refunds"... it does not take 2 weeks to check. Pay my money back. I'm sure that you would want it back if it was your own money. This cell number does not even excist anymore, but you are billing me every month. I am beyond fed-up! Do not phone me, pay my money back into my account which you took it out of without my permission.
