Debiting on the wrong date and Over debiting Me

I went to the Branch in July to complain that my Debit Date was the 25th as per the contract with them but my Account was being debited on the 23rd of the month. After those debits I recieved an SMS saying my D/O for OMF Personal Loan is denied. Then a few days after i received another SMS saying that my Debit order with OM Finance is cancelled I need to re-instate..I was told they will contact the head-Office and sort it out but in August the same thing Happened. Also picked up that I was Over debited by R700 they calculated and confirmed that it will be refunded back to me. but till now I still dont have my Money! August 23rd Again they went and debited before time I went and complained. they went back on the 25th took half the money and went back days later on the 27th and took more money Now another R700 taken from my Account!!! this is un acceptable!! ITS PURE BAD SERVICE
