VODACOM BLATENT OF MONEY DAYLIGHT

I HAVE A TOP UP CONTRACT WITH VODACOM FOR ABOUT SIX MONTHS NOW.
THEY PROVIDE ME WITH MY AIRTIME AND A MEASLY 100MB OF DATA PER MONTH WHICH RUNS OUT AND I HAVE TO TOP IT UP AGAIN.. THAT ALL IN UNDERSTANDABLE BUT THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE CAME WHEN THEY STARTED FROM ME AND DENYING IN.. THEN LYING TO ME THAT THEY WILL INVESTIGATE ALL MY "MISSING" AIRTIME AND DIDNT!!! I KNOW USSUALY THAT A FIFTY RAND USSUALLY LASTS ME FOR 15MINUTES IF IM BROWING ON FACEBOOK BECAUSE PICS USES DATA! BUT THE STRAW BROKE THE CAMELS BACK WHEN ON WEDNESDAY 11/09/13 I GOT HOME FROM WORK. 6PM EXACTLY, I TOLD MY WIFE MY BALANCE IS R29.55. AND LEFT MY FONE I DIDNT SEND A SMS OR MAKE A CALL. WHEN I WOKE UP ON THURS MORNING 9AM 12/09/13... THERE WAS R3.00 LEFT!!!

I PHONED IN TO 082 111 TO THE CUSTOMER CARE WHO PROMISED ME THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT.
THEN I RECIEVED AN SMS CONFIRMING THIS... NOTHING WAS DONE...
DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT SAID 24HOURS I CALLED IN AGAIN ON 082 155... FRIDAY 13/09/13 AND SPOKE TO MADDY FROM THE CPT OFFICE... AGAIN THEY PROMISED THAT THEY WOULD LOOK INTO THIS .
VODACOM STILL HAS NOT GOTTEN BACK TO ME ABOUT MY LOST MONEY.
I WANT ANSWERS. AND I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY
