Wrong sim card sent twice

I took a new contract via Vodacom direct. Process went off smoothly. However I got the phone but received the wrong sim card with the phone. Then I called and they said it will take up to six working days. I received a new sim card and it was again not a micro sim. Now I'm sitting with my new phone that I can't use because of Vodacom that doesn't send the correct things that was ordered. I called again today and the help desk agent says that It will take another 5 to 6 working days for me to receive a new sim car. So ill be sitting with a new contract phone for 2 weeks and I can't make use of it. This is bad service and if I receive the wrong sim card once again then I'm cancelling this contract as I am spending money on airtime to use on prepaid. What a waist if time.
