Upgrade not possible

I was robbed of my cell phone on 28 August. i have 3 contract's with MTN and the upgrade is due on 1 October. After numerous calls to MTN corporate I was unable to get them to assist me by providing me with an early upgrade. I have been an MTN customer for more than 6 years, I have never missed a payment and spend at least R1300 per month with them. One would think that they would be willing to assist a customer but only to be told it is not their problem is not what i expected from mtn even after i stated that i am willing to pay in for the 2 weeks early upgrade
