I would like to do an early upgrade with MTN. I will be able to Upgrade my contract on 16-10-2014 but due to my phone was damaged it does not work anymore. I approached MTN about an early upgrade as it is only a month to go before my regular update. I have 3 other contracts with MTN. Of course I could change to another provider but I would expect MTN to assist in this situation. Very disappointed Customer.
