MTN Hout Bay took my brand new phone for repairs, and gave it back to me with a cracked screen, but the inspection that they did when I took the phone in, was that there was NO physical damaged. However they refused to accept any responsibility!
I logged a report on Hello Peter. On the 2nd of September they wrote to me and told me that they would give me feeedback feedback within 54 hours!
2 weeks later and no feedback!
Still waiting! Customer service, do they know what that means?
