Unexplained charges

I wrote a report on Hello Peter on Thursday 23 May 2013 at 13:03. This was regarding unexplained data charges on my March bill.

I received a response to my report stating that I will receive a phone call from Mbongeni that afternoon.

I am still waiting for the phone call. This matter has not been resolved and it is more than a week later!

Then I wrote another article on 30 March, and again was promised urgent response. It is more than a month later and I am still waiting for a response!

More than 6 weeks and no feedback on the issue.
