No Signal available, Neotel keeps billing!!!

We had our signal cut by Neotel and after months and months of queries, we were still charged and held to our contract. We asked for technicians on numerous occasions only to be messed around and told "we will get back to you". After sending a technician eventually, we STILL had no signal and were STILL charged!! Shocking service and overall a shocking company!!!
