Bad customer service at Mtn Blue Route

Mtn Suspends my account because my credit limit was not high enough, something i was told will be sorted out when i got the contract. For 2 weeks i was unable to use my interest because of this problem. Today i went into the store at blue route and spoke to the male consultant who was nothing but rude. He gave me attitude, telling me "did not you not just listen to me"after i was him a question. Telling me that i should go read my Consumer protection because to him it "seemed" like i didnt what was going on, thinking he could speak down to me and tried to belittle me. I was not even done and he was already busy with the next customer. Im sorry but if that is the customer service Mtn staff provides then the company is pathetic. The fact that my internet service was suspended for 2 weeks in pathetic, considering the fact that all the debts went off on time. Why would my credit limit not be high enough after having the rooter for 2 months already and then only started having this problem?
