After several attempts of contacting them and the technicians coming out to fix the telephone ringing constantly... they failed! The technicians comes in to fix the telephone PBX board and the blue signal box to the PBX board, as they say that the blue box, is the problem of the deadlines and the constant ringing of the phone. We need to reset the whole phone systems for it to stop. It happens twice or more times a day. I constantly contact JASCO, as the technicians comes in to replace/fix the blue signal box to the PBX board and they brought in a new box and every time they take the old stuff out, put in the new box and at the end of the day the excuse is that the new box has a problem on it and then they put back the old stuff. We are sickkk of all their excuses and to contact them and there is no results of being fixed!! As they said they never seen this problem with any other company and this is the first! WE WANT THIS SOLVED IMMEDIATELY!!!
