On the 1st of June 2013 I logged a complaint with Nashua Mobile regarding my cell C Contract.
I do not have Signal and when people try to call me they just get a message Stating that the person they have dialed is unavailable.
When I first phone Nashua the support person on the other side of the line said I must phone cell C, which i did, just to hear cell c saying to me that I must phone Nashua because my contract is with them and not directly with cell c.
So I phone Nashua again, and I got to a Support person willing to help me this time, asking me to fill in all the form required to get this issue sorted, which i did and i hoped i would be able to get this problem sorted withing a week or 2 as 3 signal test at known locations where i don't have signal cant take that long, WRONG.
It has been almost a month now and whenever i contact the 2 support people from Nashua that's been assisting me they just say they have heard nothing from cell C.
When I asked for the required paper work and costs involved, I was Quoted a R1030.00 just to cancel my contract for the paper weight i have been paying for and able to use less and less for the past 6 months as the problem worsened.
