I tried to do a sim swop through 173 however failed on the questions and was requested to submit affidavit and fax it to nokukhanya, i have done this and was advised that this would take to 24 hours to do this, i have been calling to enquire about the receipt of the fax however no one is able to confirm if she did in fact receive it, all 4 consultants that i have been following up with have been telling e the same thing "ill email my supervisor the details" 4 days later i still do not have access to my old number.
my old number is 0781952060, faxed docs 10/09/2013 @ 13h28 2 pages. in all this i went to visit the newton park branch and consultant referred me back to the useless 173 numbe
