I requested a change of bank details for the debit order, the first month after the request the debit order did not go off, nor did it go off the second month, My account was then cut off and i have been battling to get my cellphone reinstated... only to find out my cell number has been re-allocated to a new client... this is in breach of contract, this is also my work phone and i am losing business as a result, Every time i go back to the Telkom shop to query they keep telling me the matter has been forwarded to this person or that person and nothing is being done about it. it has now been more than 2 months of being shunted around

in the mean time my debit orders have been going off regularly to pay the outstanding balance and this morning another R1550 has just been taken off which is far above my outstanding balance... I STILL HAVE NO SERVICE >>>what the.

Also, i applied for an ADSL line at my home, There is ADSL available to my area but i was refused because they said its more than 5km from the exchange and there are too many faults reported with the adsl so they are not installing. Surely the correct thing would be fix the fault, provide the service...
