No assistance from customer care line

On the 13th of September at 9:00. i was trying to lock onto my MNT active account. ive been trying untill now, and the time is 1:30pm. thus 4 and a half an hour, and still no results. i only want to print of my tax invoice statements. ive been cut of 3 times. there is no direct line to call mtn active on. eventually i got through... the operator was so unclear, i couldn't hear a thing. i am still without my MTN Tax invoices, NO moving forward... NO RESULTS. Bad customer care.
