During the last year and a half i have experienced a marked decline in Mtn cell reception, Data and Coverage. I have complained on numerous occasions about dropped calls, poor reception to no reception and very poor data service.
All i have received is empty promises and platitudes. I have been sent to coverage department as they were the correct people to call. What a joke on me! total disregard, no call backs at all!
All my calls where i have demanded to speak to senior personnel have been ignored.
I feel Mtn knows full well that they can not deliver a proper service a advertised and refuse to acknowledge the fact.
I have demanded that they either deliver fair service, or cancel my contract as i refuse to pay for services not rendered.
