I had a contract with CellC - gave one month notice as requested on the16th June (even did it before the time) and my contract ended on the 16th July. CellC deducted a new months instalment today whilst my contract has been cancelled!!
I visited kolonnade branch and the manager advised me that there is nothing that they can do about this - because the new bundles were loaded on the 15th of July for the new month.
I am on "Pay as you go" now (from the 16th of July) - My question is why must I pay for this bundle that has been loaded onto the account if the contract has been cancelled.
He also said that the system cannot "pick up" when a customers account is cancelled and therefore just goes ahead and load bundles onto accounts (This sounds like nonsense to me...)
The young man was even so arrogant after threatening him with Hello Peter...that he even said that I can go ahead and make his day.....!!!!
I want CellC to give back my money. I owe them nothing. I am going to another Cellphone Company.
