Poor Service

I was called by one of the servicing agents offering me a product. I thought that this was a really cool product so I signed up. I was given client code 100225811089 and up to today I have been sending sms's as if I'm crazy with no responses. I phoned and spoke to someone who said that they have been having problems with their sms's, said he will load my request manually but up until today nothing. So I went to the bank and asked them to reverse the debit that had gone out.

Terrible service!!!
