Altech Autopage shaking down their customers

I've been an Autopage subscriber for five years. They gave until the 22nd of each month for me to pay by EFT. This year they moved the date foward to the 15th. They also increased my monthly invoice from R112.50 to R14.00, even though we signed a two year contract for R112.50.
In July my payment reflected one day late. Now they want me to pay an extra R111 in penalties to restore my service, which they cut off -even though my R112.50 monthly fee was paid up to date.
I went to the Autopage store at Kenilworth Centre, the friendly staff could not resolve this. I wrote an email 12 days ago to [Email Removed], I haven't received a reply.
BOOOOOO Autopage for treating your customers like cash cows. You also want to start charging me an extra R15 per month because I pay by EFT. What a rip-off.
So I got a new number, and will pay Autopage the balance left from R112.50 after I have bought the SMS bundle and talktime that I didn't receive from them. even though my subscription was paid up.
So R13 a month for them, unless they restore my service and my balance to R0.00. Then I will be happy to resume paying R112.50 per month as per the agreement.
