As per my complaint this morning, I still did not receive any feedback from nor Autopage.
My directer even went thus far to get the Burger involved in not only the bad customer service, but the complaint that was locked about two months ago.
We literally don't have any signal at our premises and the overall reception is very bad as well. On the N7 between Cape Town and Malmesbury there is sometimes no signal / reception. Most of the time you run on SOS.
We are a business that decided to move our contracts to Cell C, but with this bad customer service, we are in the process of cancelling the subscriptions and move back to Vodacom and I know that the Consumers Protection Act will back us here
