Originally requested a contract containing a Lenovo laptop plus 750mb data, had to wait for over a week for it as it was out of stock, only to be told the modems coming with this laptop are no longer being issued. Consultant recommended the other package, containing a Dell laptop which he claimed was 4gb RAM, which I gladly accepted, only to find that the machine is actually only 2gb RAM.
I sent him an email to ask about this but he did not bother responding to my email.
