My initial complaint was logged on 12/07 with Cell C. My next complaint was on Hellopeter on the 19/07. It is now 13/08 and I have had absolutely no feedback with regards to my lack of connectivity. How dare your sales rep tell me you service my area and bind me into a contract when clearly you do not! Cell C debits my account with no hestitation but do not provide the service. Please can I be contacted by someone with a solution rather than a fake promise of one. I want out of this contract with no consequences to me if there is no resolve as it is YOU that is not honouring the contract that I signed!!!
