I recieved an sms telling me that a technician would be at my house to install my line the next day. No one ever arrived, after i phoned the call centre they eventually said that no technician was assigned.

They set up a new date, i got another confirmation sms, the next day no one arrived again. And this time it was a technical difficulty apparently.

This is ridiculous, installing a landline should not be this hard???
