I went to Checkers at Northmead square in Benoni and saw on the Oros product that if you purchase the product and peel of the label there would be a unique code on the reverse of the label which i would need to enter the competition. So i bought the Oros 2 litre bottle and when i have peeled off the label to get this unique code there is no code.
i contacted Tiger brands customer service line and i personally thought Kereshni was not very helpful as all she said was that the unique code is not on all labels and would pass my comments on for future competitions
When i asked her why did the labe not say that the unique code is not on all labels to enter and only certain labels would have this code she did not have an answer and once again said would ensure my comments would be passed on
i think this is really unfair that no unique code was provided for me to enter this competition after i have bought your product after the label makes no mention of the possibility of no code been present on the product. If that was the case i would not even bought the product then
