Stop debiting my account!!!

This company has no shame in what they are doing, I have contacted the call centre and spoke to Brandon the first time where he told me to email the client care services as I cant speak directly to them... till today no response from their client care.

I called the 2nd time spoke to a lady who promised that she would call me back after an hour, till today I'm still waiting.

They claim I have a credit card with them of which i don't know or ever used, worse part is that they debit 2-3 times a day and they also have 2 other companies linked with them that also debit my account. I'm really frustrated as they are busy milking my bank account putting me in all sorts of arrears and bank charges with my bank. I have sent a request for them to stop debiting my account and they still carry on... this is totally not on.

It has now resorted to me changing banks unwillingly because my bank also says I have to stop the debits with my debtors. I'm going to take this further, they can't get away with this. The service is poor, you hold up to 30min to speak to a consultant and they always tell you that you cant speak with the decision makers. I have spent almost R200 calling them so far.
