Continued from previous complaint... Blanche Opperman contacted me and was very nice, tried to help but couldn't - then tried to get her IT dept to help but they never contacted me.By this time it's been almost 4 months of not being able to connect and I had to make another plan.
I emailed Blanche to say that I really can't wait any longer for them to sort out this problem. I think I have been more than patient willing to wait this long - but no more. I didn't get a response, even after I mailed her for a 2nd time.
The bottom line is that I paid Cell C R600 for a service they promised to deliver and didn't. I want my money back!
