I have filed a complaint last week regarding Cell C not being able/wanting to Blacklist my NEW Samsung S4. Blanche Opperman called me ONCE after the complaint saying that I have mailed the correct department with the correct blacklisting form but have not provided page2. However, not sure if they are I.T literate or not, since the PDF I have sent has 2 Pages and it doesn't look like they know how to scroll to the second page on a PDF document. I have however still mailed the page 2 PDF and have not heard from Blanche Opperman since then... I have been mailing since last week, no response... I have called the customer care quite a few times, and they cannot transfer my call to Blanche but will leave messages.. Still no response... Very unprofessional and worse move I have ever made to sign up with Cell C... All I needed was the ITC number to provide my Insurance Co with, but looks like Cell C employees do not value their customers!!
