I took my Blackberry to Vodacom Cresta on the 6th of June as the track ball was faulty.
On the 8th 10th and 12th of June I received SMS's stating that the phone was in the assessment process.
It is now 3 months later and I am yet to receive some form of feedback or notification regarding my phone.
It has taken so long that I have even resorted to buying a new phone because there seems to be no form of customer communication. I don't know if the track ball that needed fixing is being hand stitched or imported from freaken Mars that it's taken 3 months of absolutely no feedback at all! It's Blady pathetic!
