I sent through a request on the 10th of April to MTN to cancel my contract. I am a contract customer and to migrate to prepaid. I sent through the migration forms and my ID, as was requested. Heather Mukhovhi confirmed recieving my documents and the contract will be migrated to prepaid within 7 working days.
i also gave strict instructions for my debit order scheduled for the 20th not to be run
It is now almost a month and nothing has been changed on my contract
dont i as a customer, have a legal right to chnage my contract? (my contract expired in Nov 2012).
Clealy with MTN this is not possible!!!
Surely this against the law???
