We have recently installed a new ADSL line in PMB office and was shocked to see a bill of R1136 before we have even started to use the service, we were told by the Telkom consultant that if we took the 24 month contract then the modem and installation charges are free but when the invoice now comes it has so much extra charges on it and we cant get any feedback from the consultant, every time we call there we cant get through to her. This is very poor customer service, it's a pity that we are obligated to use Telkom as there are not much other operators to choose from.
