Credit not reflecting

Hi MTN

As per previous report on 15:06:56 | Thu 15 Aug 13, I was informed that credit will be reflecting on my account on the 7 Sept 2013.
There is no credit reflecting on the MTN Active site.
I also wish there was a way that I could contact the relevant dept directly, as I need to make arrangements to pay the outstanding amount.
