It was about a week ago i went into the cell c gateway store to generally ask if they have received any iPhone 5 stock yet, the ladies that were behind the desk, one indian lady in particular said no they dont have any in stock.
i then proceeded to ask her if she has any ideas when they will arrive and what the contact includes she just merly shrugged her shoulders and started to talk to the other black sales lady next to her. I had my mother with me who even turned to me to say what a rude lady who clearly is not interested in making a sale.
I am a young new customer (currently with vodacom) and would really like to take one of your iphone contracts before they end at the end of the month (i dont mind waiting if you are going to continue the current deals as you have no stock)
but im contemplating signing a contract with you guys for 2 years if thats the service i get face to face, what if i have more problems. i cant deal with people who cant take me seriously as i am still young (22) but in the end i am also a paying customer!
