I take out a R99 - 2G contract, they very quick to sell ou the contract. then I get a bill for R400 to pay end Dec, I phone and ask why, I get told the account is not limited to 2Gb and I have not put a limit on the account.??? it is a R99 contract why do I need to limit it to what I signed up for???
I then tell them to limit it to R100 max per month, ok, end Jan I get a acc for R570, I phone again, and fight with them, no explanation. I tell them again all I want to pay is the R99 I signed up for, they say they cant limit it to R99 but R99 R1 = R100 (which is what I asked for before) they then set it to R100, this month I get an account for R688, I a sorry but now I am CROSS to put it nice for this site. basically they tell me sorry for you,
