When I renewed my contract (huge mistake!) a while back my instruction to cancel a 75MB bolt on data bundle was simply ignored. Since then I have done everything I can possibly think of to cancel it, it seems, without any success. I have just received yet another sms confirming that it is still active and that I'm still paying for it. This after I posted it here and received, once again, confirmation that it had been cancelled and my account credited. Refer to this report;

What else should I try? You people really are pathetic! :-( This is my last attempt to rectify this problem. If you do not sort it out withing 48 hours I will regard this as breach of contract and consider the agreement null and void.
